Trailside is a ski-out condo community of townhomes in the Upper Deer Valley neighborhood of Park City, Utah. These townhomes are located adjacent to the ski run that drops through the Upper Deer Valley neighborhoods and leads back to the resort. What we like best about Trailside is the opportunity to get a large townnhome, with ski access, at a fairly reasonable price. These townhomes tend to be a bit dated in style, unless a unit has been remodeled, but this is a great location, and great property to create your own style for your own ski vacation dream home.
The Trailside townhomes in Upper Deer Valley are located off of Royal Street and Woodland View Drive, with the community driveway accessing both streets. Trailside is next to Aspen Hollow and Ridgepoint and shares the same ski access trail that sits between these neighborhoods. From Trailside you can easily ski-out of the community, over the ski-bridge and down to Deer Valley Resort. To come back home you will drop down from Deer Valley and end at the ski trail at the Double Eagle townhomes. From there, you can walk down Royal Street, or from Royal, turn onto Sterling and access the ski run that drops back down to Trailside, right after Aspen Hollow.
Trailside was built in 1985 and includes only 9 townhomes. These townhomes are quite large, with 4 bedrooms each, and 3,200 – 3,600 square feet in size. Most of the Trailside homes could use a little remodel/updating on the interiors, but this is a great canvas to work with!
