The Cottages is a small community of lots and ski homes in the Upper Deer Valley neighborhood in Park City, Utah. These homes on Woodland View Drive enjoy scenic settings with trees, large lots, and downhill floorplans focused on amazing views. These homes are near Silver Lake Village in Deer Valley, and only a short drive over to skiing. The Deer Valley ski run that winds through many of these Upper Deer Valley neighborhoods crosses Woodland View Drive with a ski bridge, at the end of the street next to neighboring Alta Vista. Owners at The Cottages can walk down to this ski access fairly easily.
The Cottages is a small exclusive subdivision of only 12 estate lots in the Upper Deer Valley neighborhood of Park City, Utah. These homes and lots are all on the downhill side of Woodland View Drive, with the lots extending all the way down to Royal Street below. By extending down to the next street, these homes do not have backyard neighbors, and therefore have expansive views, without visually looking at another home below. Almost all of these lots are now built on, there may be one or two left. If a lot does become available, jump on it quickly. Same with the homes, as these are unique homes offering a spacious setting, but at much less cost than what you might find in nearby home choices with direct ski access. The trade off is walking to skiing from here, but it is an easy walk, and the views are quite nice.
