Ridgepoint is a condominium community in the Upper Deer Valley area of Park City, Utah. These townhomes offer a ski-in, ski-out location as the Deer Valley ski run runs along the eastern side of the subdivision, between Ridgepoint and Aspen Hollow. Easy ski out from the property, and when skiing back in, you will need to walk a little down Royal Street and then Sterling Drive. What we like best about Ridgepoint is the affordability of this ski access vacation property. This is a great option for a reasonably affordable ski-in, ski-out property in Deer Valley.
Ridgepoint is located in the Upper Deer Valley neighborhood of Park City, Utah, just off of Woodland View Drive. This location alows Ridgepoint to have ski access to Deer Valley Resort. The ski trail runs right between Aspen Hollow and Ridgepoint. About half of Ridgepoints townhomes are located right on the ski run , and the other half are positioned to capture views. These condos are only a couple steps from the run. For starting your day you can ski right out of the development, over the ski bridge that crosses Woodland View Drive and down to Deer Valley resort. When coming back afterwords, you’ll ski down from Deer Valley and end at Royal Street next to the Double Eagle condos. From here you’ll walk a short distance down Royal Street about 50 yards, then turn left on Sterling drive and go about another 50 yards, and then youre back at the top of the Ridgepoint subdivision. Quite easy!
This community was built in 1985 and many of the owners have completed remdoles on the interiors. Ridgepoint consists of 38 condo townhomes ranging in size from about 1,500 – 2,100 square feet. Each unit has three bedrooms, and also has outdoor decks. There is outdoor parking in front of the buildings, and an underground garage under the tennis courts. Ridgepoint also has an outdoor patio and pool.
