Knoll Estates and Knollheim are subdivisions in the Upper Deer Valley area of Park City, Utah. These communities are located on the top portion of the neighborhood, basically on the knoll of the mountain, hence the names. Knoll Estates includes Aster Court and Aster Lane in a small private gated community, and Knollheim is on Sterling Drive. Although not ski-in / ski-out, the homes are within walking distance to ski runs, and to Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Village.

Both neighborhoods are within walking distance to Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Village, and to nearby ski runs for ski access requiring walking a small amount down Royal Street or Sterling Drive. Knoll Estates is also a private, gated community. Both locations enjoy some nice views and have heavily treed, private, secluded settings. For obtaining better ski access, owners here may want to pick up a share of the Deer Valley Club to use as their amenity rich ski-in, ski-out clubhouse.
