Description
Red Pine is a collection of 260 condos and townhomes located in the base village of Park City’s Canyons Ski Resort. These are split between both condos, and townhomes. The condos are single level floorplans, with a unit on the ground level, and another up above on the second level, which often includes vaulted ceilings and a lift area. Each condo has its own outdoor deck or patio, and the parking is provided by uncovered parking lots.
The condos range in size from one to two bedrooms with about 625 – 1,100 square feet. Some of the upper-level condos have added a 3rd bedroom in the loft area. The townhomes are larger at three to four bedrooms with about 1,700 – 2,100 square feet. The townhomes are all side-by-side configurations, and each has an outdoor deck or patio and its own individual carport to offer covered parking. Red Pine Condos and townhomes are in prime location and walking distance to the Sunrise lift.
