This location is very convenient being just a short walk to Deer Valley’s Snowpark village. There is also a shuttle to take you to the resort as well. The Lodges at Deer Valley was built in 1997-1999 and includes 88 residential condo units. The buildings are set up as a hotel, with whole ownership condo units that individual owners own for personal use, and can rent out as investment property. The condos range in size from one to three bedrooms with about 1,000 – 2,300 square feet. The property includes all amenities associated with a hotel including lock-out options on the units for greater rental potential.
