Fawngrove Condos

Fawngrove and Chateau Fawngrove are condominium developments in Lower Deer Valley in Park City, Utah. This subdivision is made up of Fawngrove condo units, and Chateau Fawngrove townhomes. What we like best about this community are the units that back up to the Lower Deer Valley ponds and enjoy southern sun exposure and big views. This community is also on the FREE Park City bus route, and next door to Deer Valley’s new General Store and Cafe offering outdoor dining for lunch and dinner.

Fawngrove and Chateau Fawngrove were built in 1980 and together include 61 condominium units. There is a wide range of unit layouts and sizes from one bedroom 980 square feet up to 5 bedrooms at 4,000 square feet. There is underground parking and additional outdoor parking for guests. There is a common area hot tub in the Chateau Fawngrove building. Many of these units have been substantially remodeled so styles of interiors can vary.

The Fawngrove subdivision is located on Deer Valley Drive, on the FREE Park City bus route that heads up to popular Main Street and to Deer Valley ski resort. Fawngrove and Chateau Fawngrove are two parts of the Fawngrove Subdivision. Fawngrove includes the single level, stacked flat condos (neighbors typically above or below), and Chateau Fawngrove is made up of larger townhome layouts (neighbors typically side by side). Chateau Fawngrove is located at the east end of the subdivision, and enjoys better views overlooking the ponds and up to Deer Valley’s ski runs.
