The Black Diamond Lodge is nestled next to the ski runs in the Lower Deer Valley resort area. Black Diamond Lodge is a condo building with 27 units consisting of condos ranging in size from two – five bedrooms with about 2,050 – 4,800 square feet (some include their own hot tubs). Black Diamond lodge is in the premier location for incredible ski access there is no better place to stay! For beginning skiers, the easy learning runs are just out the front door, and for more advanced skiers, you take the lift up to Silver Lake, and from there you can quickly access any area of the mountain. This location is not only premier for the wintertime but is also a great summer location as it is adjacent to where the summer Deer Valley concert series are and you can watch an event right from your outdoor deck or patio. The lifts next to Black Diamond Lodge also give you access up the mountain in summer for lift-serviced mountain bike rides. These are perfect condos for vacation owners and investors.
