Onie Bolduc is a true mountain native with a stalwart real estate legacy, so it comes as no surprise to his clients that he is able to manage their real estate needs skillfully and without any undue stress on their part. With over 20 years of experience, Onie has played an integral role in nearly all facets of the real estate industry, including commercial, residential sales and management, tenant and owner representation, new construction development, and real estate investment. His breadth of knowledge enables him to assist his clients with all types of needs, from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors, to families searching for the perfect vacation home or legacy property.
Born and raised in the gorgeous backcountry of Vail, Colorado, Onie grew up surrounded by a family of real estate entrepreneurs. Receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in 2002, Onie began working as a construction supervisor of custom homes within Vail Valley. He then worked in development and real estate with Bolduc Realty and Management before buying the company in 2007 and creating Bold Real Estate Solutions. As its President and Managing Broker, the business evolved into a full-service real estate firm serving 1,800-plus owners from East Vail to Gypsum and around the world, representing a portfolio of residential, mixed use, and commercial real estate valued in excess of 450 million dollars.
Onie sold Bold Real Estate Solutions in order to focus on serving his own real estate clients full time. He served on the Vail Board of Realtors’ Finance and Government Affairs Committees, and within a few short years was elected to a Director position with the Board. In 2013, Onie was selected to be the 2015 VBR Chair, and he worked hard in his role to expand services to his peers, as well as service the greater community. Onie also sat on the Vail Board of Realtors Foundation and Vail Multi List Service as a Director.
After moving his family to Park City in 2017, Onie joined the sales team representing Pendry Residences Park City, Apex Residences, Juniper Landing and Viridian Townhomes, selling out all inventory in one year with the exception of Pendry Residences where he sold over half of all available properties. Shortly after, Onie accepted an invitation to Summit Sotheby’s International Realty’s talented team tasked with the development and sale of the prestigious community of Wohali just outside of Park City.
Onie is pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) accreditation while maintaining his Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS) as well as CMCA and AMS designations. Outside of work, Onie fully embraces the mountain lifestyle, from competitive skiing in Alpine racing to exploratory skiing around the world. Although his greatest joy is spending time with his wife and three girls enjoying all the activities within the beautiful mountain resort, he calls home.
Eric Finley is a real estate professional based in Utah’s Wasatch mountains, serving Park City and the surrounding areas in Summit and Wasatch counties. Eric joined Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in the fall of 2021, to partner with Onie Bolduc and Hank Pool of Bolduc Mountain Luxury, in marketing a new luxury development, Wohali Resort. Summit Sotheby’s Realty is Utah’s only brokerage with an in-house advertising agency, with teams specializing in professional marketing services including digital and print advertising, award-winning photography and video, PR and media relations, and more. Backed by the brand power and global reach of the Sotheby’s Realty network, Eric is supported by a brokerage known for their history of excellence, and the belief that luxury isn’t a price-point but rather an experience that every client receives.
Eric holds university degrees from noted institutions in the fields of Economics & Master of Business Administration (MBA). Prior to entering the world of real estate, Eric was the Managing Director of Manifest Capital Holdings LLC (MCH LLC) which was founded in 2016. Since MCH LLC’s inception, Eric’s passion, drive and unmatched work ethic enabled MCH LLC to include their focus on advising multiple family offices, private investors, various companies and non-profit organizations.
Eric also served in senior management positions with several multi-national firms in industries that include Foreign Direct Investment, and Financial Structure/Family Office Wealth Management. In these roles, Eric was responsible for incorporating and developing new business strategies throughout Asia, Africa, South America, and the Caribbean region.
Hank was born in Denver Colorado, raised by a father who liked to build homes (planes, cars, pretty much anything!) and a mother who liked to design them. Hank and his two brothers built a post-and-beam house together where his dad currently lives. His mother is an interior designer and instilled an eye for design from an early age. Hank attributes much of his leadership, discipline, and team-building skills to being part of a Lacrosse team at Kent Denver School that won 2 state championships.
Hank earned a degree in economics from Colorado University at Boulder and then quickly passed on business school to move back to Denver and build a career in aviation. In addition to almost a decade with Sotheby’s, Hank is a 20-year Airbus Captain and instructor pilot for Frontier Airlines.
Hank prides himself on open communication, and exceptional service built on integrity, honesty, knowledge of the market and truly listening and understanding his client’s unique needs. In a world of increasing commoditization, Hank knows that every home is unique, and every client has a list of unique needs and desires that come from their own life experiences. Matching these up with the perfect home is where Hank excels.
When Hank is not flying or helping clients find their perfect home, you can find him on the trails and slopes of Park City, chasing his wife, Sarah, and their three boys.
